An Awkward Conversation
Standard Audition
Jenn walks away from the van, folding her arms over her stomach as she ventures off towards an old oak wood tree. Once bathed in the shadowy shade provided by the aged tree the young teen comes to a standstill and closes her eyes. She knows that she was followed. She can sense the presence of another gravitating towards her. They've been friends for far too long not to be able to have some sort of connection by now.
"I know that I sound crazy..." Jenn shakily begins, the nervousness evident in her soft spoken voice. "...but I can feel...I can sense that something is about to happen." Turning around she looks up into those eyes that she could never lie to and sighs in worry. "Something terrible." Jenn concludes.
(I know the others don't believe me, but we've been best friends for as long as I can remember. You have to believe me.) Her thoughts do not remain her own as her eyes relate what it is she is thinking to her friend, even before she verbalizes them. "You believe me, don't you?"
