Official Leave of Absence
As the title says, please make your leave of absence official by posting in this thread! For one it's the courteous thing to do, and also it will save you from losing your character! If you're leaving us for a limited amount of time please post your leave date and your return date using the following form at least two days in advance if possible.

Also if you plan on quitting the game please notify us in this thread also, using the same form minus the intended date of return if not applicable.
Absence Without Leave
A member who abandons the board without any notification will have their character listed as Inactive within our records after two straight weeks of no word. After this period the member will have two additional weeks to notify staff of their return OR a needed absence from the game to have their character re-listed as an Active character.
If no form of notice is received after the second two week period [in total a month's time] the member's character will be forfeited to the staff. After which the character will become a NPC in order to be killed or a permanent staff played character.
Only a serious and compelling reason after the one month period of absence without notification will result in a returning member having their character returned to them. Courtney - July 26, 2007 07:34 PM (GMT)

I didn't have access to the internet the past fews day (August 7-9), added on there was a bit of a family crisis that I'd rather not divulge as it is rather personal information, so I'm late on finishing up on some things to make sure everyone is up-to-date on where they are, but Saturday afternoon and evening people waiting on Audition results will receive responses, lottery numbers will be posted, and character bios will be reviewed and approved or not.

Not really leaving per se. Since I work at three of the completely booked motels in the city, I will be quite busy with work. I may be far too exhausted from working evry day for the next week to feel up to posting. Hopefully I'll be able to get on every so often, but I can't make any promises. Since many people are taking an extended leave for the upcoming Easter holidays, the date may be moved back to March 25th or 26th. I'll update people when we get closer to that date.
